Can I click and collect my order?
We have currently suspended all Click and Collect services. Please keep an eye on our social media pages and website for all up to date details regarding our Click and Collect service.
Why do you not show images of products?
Due to additional costs from suppliers, we generate and create the majority of our product imagery in-house. This means we can pass on all savings directly to you and always offer the best price possible.

How do I get notified of when a product comes back in stock?
If you find your favourite product is unavailable, please enter your email address in the 'subscribe to back in stock notification' box.  Once this product becomes available again, we'll send you an email direct to your inbox.

What do I do if my order is late?

All returns must be sent 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail

Do you offer interest free credit?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a returned item has been received and processed by our warehouse team, we will refund the cost of the returned items within 48 hours. Please note that all refunds will be made to the original payment method.
