Delivery 

Order information

Orders dispatched the same working day for orders placed before 1.30pm excluding promotional days.

Orders placed after 1.30pm or on weekends may be processed the next working day.

Please leave a suitable contact method, any complications may result in delivery delay if we can not get in touch.

If an item is out of stock a refund may be issued instead.

Delivery information

  • Delivery charges are quoted excluding VAT. this will be added to the order at the checkout.

  • Standard delivery is 1-2 days, rate £3.95 weight up to 15kg.

  • Free delivery is available for orders over £100 including VAT.

*excludes highlands, islands, Ireland.

Orders can be tracked via the courier using your tracking number.

Delivery notifications will be sent, please include a valid mobile number when placing your order.

Delivery is Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 6:30pm, please ensure somebody available during these times to receive the delivery *excluding bank holidays.

Please note, if you are not available to accept delivery the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

In the event the order arrives damaged i.e there is visible damage to the packaging we ask that you either sign for it as damaged in order for us to make claim or refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will inspect the damage and send out a replacement to you.

The Supplier shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by 1) a Force Majeure; 2) The Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions for the Goods; 3) A third party carrier service for example;  Freight companies/Aircraft Delivery Companies for international deliveries overseas.

International delivery

International delivery is available to some countries, time 2-5 days, rate starting at £19.95. Please get in touch for delivery quotes at dispatch@hairdressingsupplieslincoln.com

Dangerous goods- we regret we are unable to ships aerosols,peroxides or acetone to overseas destinations.

Returns

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item please get in touch at dispatch@hairdressingsupplieslincoln.com

Any discrepancies must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the order.

You can return items for up to 60 days of receiving your original order if you change your mind.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please package them well.

All goods will be inspected on return, in the unlikely event an item is not suitable for resale it may be sent back to you.

We cannot collect items under the value of £15 unless it is at the cost of the customer.

Returns Procedure

Any returns made under the distance selling act must be made by a similar signed for method at the customers expense. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it please start by emailing sales@hairdressingsupplieslincoln.com with your return details and we will walk you through what we need you to do to get the process going.

Any returns must be sent 1st class via Royal Mail. The customer must pay for the return postage costs, which will be refunded once the goods have been received by Hair Dressing Supplies Lincoln.

Once the parcel has been received, a full postal refund will be given via the payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the return.

Returns Window

Once notified we will honour any return within the following 2 weeks.

Refund Method

Once a return item has been received by our staff we will refund the customer within 48 hours via the appropriate payment method.

Please remember that all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please use an alternative email address if you won't be around to receive your order.
