COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE

Delivery times may vary due to high volumes of orders and our current warehouse refurbishment. 
Next working day delivery is not always guaranteed.


Orders dispatched the same working day for orders placed before 1.30pm excluding promotional days.


Orders placed after 1.30pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Please leave a suitable contact method, any complications may result in delivery delay if we can not get in touch.
If an item is out of stock a refund may be issued instead.


Click And Collect Service


Our Click and collect service is a convenient way for you to pick up your order from our Lincoln Store.

- Place your order online and choose the Collection from Store service at the checkout.

- Buy Online and Collect at the Lincoln Store (12 Crofton Drive, Lincoln, LN3 4NR)

- Please call our store on 01522717405 to arrange a collection slot. (Make sure you have your order number and car registration ready). We will bring your order to your car at the designated time.

 

Delivery information


Delivery charges are quoted excluding VAT. this will be added to the order at the checkout.
Standard delivery is 1-2 days, rate £3.95 weight up to 15kg.
Free delivery is available for orders over £100 including VAT.
*excludes highlands, islands, Ireland.
Orders can be tracked via the courier using your tracking number.
Delivery notifications will be sent, please include a valid mobile number when placing your order.
Delivery is Monday to Friday between 7.00am to 6:30pm, please ensure somebody available during these times to receive the delivery *excluding bank holidays.

Please note, if you are not available to accept delivery the courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour.
In the event the order arrives damaged i.e there is visible damage to the packaging we ask that you either sign for it as damaged in order for us to make a claim or refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will inspect the damage and send out a replacement to you.


The Supplier shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by 1) a Force Majeure; 2) The Customer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions for the Goods; 3) A third party carrier service for example; Freight companies/Aircraft Delivery Companies for international deliveries overseas.



International delivery

International delivery is available to some countries, time 2-5 days, rate starting at £19.95. Please get in touch for delivery quotes at [email protected]
Dangerous goods- we regret we are unable to ship aerosols, peroxides or acetone to overseas destinations.
Returns
To return a faulty or incorrect item please visit our Returns Portal
Any discrepancies must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the order by calling us on 01522717405..
You can return items for up to 60 days of receiving your original order if you change your mind.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please package them well.
All goods will be inspected on return, in the unlikely event an item is not suitable for resale it may be sent back to you.
We do not accept items under the value of £5 unless it is at the cost to the customer.

To return you order:

 

 - Visit our Returns Portal

 - Log your order details and the return reason.

 - Print your label and find your nearest CollectPlus Collection Store

 - Take your order to the CollectPlus Collection Store.

 - Once we receive your parcel we will process your refund.

 - Wait for your refund to appear in your account

All returns must be sent via our Click & Collect Returns Service from your CollectPlus Shop.

Once notified we will honour any return within the following 2 weeks.


Refund Method

 

Once a return item has been received by our staff we will refund the customer within 48 hours via the appropriate payment method.
Please remember that all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Please use an alternative email address if you won't be around to receive your order.
